Plan the matchday: fixture first, then hotel
In the Bundesliga, exact kick-off times are usually confirmed only a few weeks before the matchday. If you plan early, book hotels with free cancellation and only fix train or flight tickets once the date is certain.
Tickets: go through the club
The safest route is the home club's ticket shop or your own club's away allocation. Many clubs run their own official resale platform for returned tickets. Tickets from classified ads or social media are risky – many clubs cancel resold tickets.
European nights & finals
For the Champions League, Europa League and Conference League finals, UEFA sells tickets on its official website – some go to the finalists, some are allocated by ballot. Our final guides show dates, deadlines and where to stay.
