The official routes
The safest way is to buy directly from the club, the federation (e.g. UEFA, DFB) or the organiser's official ticket partner. Many clubs run their own resale platform where season-ticket holders and members pass on tickets at face value.
Secondary market: look closely
Football tickets are often personalised, and many clubs prohibit commercial resale. Tickets bought from unauthorised platforms can be blocked at the gate. Red flags: prices far above face value, payment by bank transfer upfront, no seller name, pressure to buy quickly.
Hospitality & VIP
Business seats and boxes are sold by the clubs or through official hospitality programmes. For finals and major events there is usually an official package from the organiser – only those packages guarantee a valid ticket.
